These terms govern your use of the Audiowalks app and website, operated by Noa Walser, Strassweidweg 75, 3147 Mittelhäusern, Switzerland. By using the app you accept these terms.

Audiowalks generates audio walking tours on demand using automated systems. A tour consists of a suggested walking route and narrated stops, created from publicly available sources at the moment you request it.

Tours are generated automatically and may contain errors, omissions or outdated information. They are provided for entertainment and general interest and are not a substitute for official guidance.

You are responsible for your own safety while walking. Pay attention to your surroundings, obey traffic rules, and do not rely on the app for navigation in hazardous conditions. Routes are suggestions and may cross roads or uneven ground.

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to generate unlawful content. Generated tours are for your personal, non-commercial use unless agreed otherwise.

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective store.

Audiowalks sells one-time purchases: a single-walk unlock and time-limited passes (7, 14 or 30 days). Passes include up to 3 newly generated walks per rolling 7-day period; the pass duration starts at purchase.

Factual content is drawn from public sources such as Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons, used under their respective licences with attribution. The app, its design and generated narration are protected; you receive a personal right to use the tours you generate.

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on generated content or routes, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

We may update the service and these terms, for example when new features are added. The version published here at any given time applies.
